It are three levels, with bedrooms on all; a wonderful open loft bedroom upstairs, a master suite on the mid-level with access to the deck and hot tub, and a semi-separate sleeping area downstairs with a private room and a great room with bunk beds and bath. This lower level room has its own entrance on the ground floor. Sand & Surf is a wonderful place to bring your family or large group. This house will sleep 10 people comfortably - so just bring'em all with you. There is a step saver kitchen, separate dining area, full bath and this home has a great, open, living area with a beautiful stained glass window and an electric fireplace. The furnishings are comfortable, beautiful and functional. You'll especially love the retro-modern Stereo/ CD that looks like a radio from the 40's. There is TV/Cable/VCR. You'll have a wonderful view of the ocean and be just steps to the beach access. Sand & Surf's hot tub is on the upper deck, which is perfect after a long walk on the beach or just for fun.
