We at Sunset and Ocean Breeze Vacation Rentals are committed to excellence. We provide privately owned short-term ocean front and ocean view rental homes in Manzanita, Neah-Kah-Nie, Rockaway Beach and Twin Rocks Oregon. | ||
| All homes are fully furnished - most have: | ||
| -Fully equipped kitchens with Microwave Ovens and Coffee Pots -TV / VCR / DVD / Stereo -Barbecue’s -Telephones -Linens / Towels / Blankets -Starter Package -Kitchen and Laundry soaps, Toiletries, Wood (enough for 1 fire, if appl.) -Crib / Highchair Available (one time $10.00 rental fee) -Cleaning Service upon departure -Self Check-in and Check-out -24 Hour Assistance | ||
| Items that will need to be provided: | ||
| -Food and condiments -Special cooking items (ie...blender, waffle maker, espresso machines, etc..) -Paper towels or napkins -Any items to be taken down to the beach (all items at the house are to stay) -Wood for Fireplace/Wood Stove (if applicable) -Charcoal and Lighter Fluid (if applicable) | ||

| -All reservations require half down at time of reservation. -Full Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. -If paying by credit card it will automatically be charged. -Sixty day cancellation notice is required to obtain refund of deposit, minus a $100 cancellation fee. If canceling within sixty days we must be able to rebook your stay for you to obtain your deposit refund minus the $100 cancel fee. -Refundable Security Deposits on all homes. -Credit Card Payment - we will HOLD your credit card number in lieu of any damages, charges will not occur if no damage is found. -Check/Money Order Payment - we will ask for an additional check in the amount of the security deposit, however we will HOLD the check in lieu of any damages and destroy it 15 days after check-out. -All homes have cleaning fees and most homes have taxes and hot tub fees. -Strip all towels and linens and send them through the washer and dryer. -Wash and put away all dishes. -Pet Homes - Absolutely no pets are allowed on the furniture or bedding and all "messes" outside are to be cleaned up. -Hot Tub Homes - Water level is to be kept an inch above the inlet or the highest jet (which ever applies) and the temperature is to be left no lower then 100 degrees. There is a 5 night minimum on reservations for July and August. There is a 3 night minimum on reservations for Memorial Weekend, Christmas & New Years. There is a 4 night minimum on reservations for November. There is a 4 night minimum on reservations for Thanksgiving. Thank you | ||
